1.

1) Patient sitting on treatment bed with therapist standing behind patient.

2) Find the trigger point on the trapezius muscle and the tension in the muscle through palpation and cervical mobility examination.

3) Calculate treatment area, Eg. length*width (approximately 45 cm²).

1) After the examination, select the appropriate treatment mode on the host and set the treatment

2) The "Pulse Mode" is recommended for the acute phase.

3) The "CW Mode" can be selected for the subacute and chronic phases.

Patients and therapists must wear goggles throughout the treatment.

Pulse mode

1) The treatment handle moves concentrically, and the most painful point is at the center of the circle;

2) Start treatment at a distance of 5-7cm from the most painful area. 

3) Before reaching the center of the circle (the most painful point), move 3-4 times and stay in the most painful area for 2-3 seconds.

4) Repeat the spiral motion until the end of the treatment time.

4.

CW Mode

Due to the thermal effects of the treatment process, please ensure that the patient feels comfortable with the heat: 

move the probe at a normal speed to avoid standing still and excessive heating

If the patient does not feel the heat, increase the Energy(1-100%) and continue the treatment until the end of the treatment time.

Contraindications:

Light directly to eyes

Cancer

Patients with cochlear implants

Irradiation of endocrine glands

Patients with fever symptoms

Epilepsy

Pregnancy

Freckles

Illuminated tattooed area

Feeling missing

Photosensitizer

Irradiate the metal implant.
